PANDAS offer hope, empathy and support for every parent, carer or network affected by Perinatal Mental Illness. This is provided by WhatsApp, Call Backs, Face to face and online resources.

Samaritans

Samaritans connect people in crisis with trained volunteers who are able to listen. You can call at any time and share those difficult feelings you may be experiencing. Do not be afraid to reach out for help.
